Kyurem Gijinka

I was in a mood to draw a gijinka the other day, and then I stumbled upon AnimeNebula003 Gijinka contest so I thought I might as well draw a dragon-type and enter

I'm always having difficulties when I draw these as to how much "Pokemon" they should be. Like, should they be completely human with only pokemon-inspired clothing? Or should they be more beast-like? 
In the end I drew this one more human than what I usually would
